For those who need their order faster, Expedited Shipping is available for select destinations, with an estimated delivery window of 3 to 7 business days. All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your exact delivery address and the shipping method you select—there are no hidden costs, and the price shown is the total you’ll pay for shipping. Please note that all delivery timelines are approximate; occasional delays may occur due to customs processing in your destination country or unforeseen scheduling changes with local courier services.
 
For all international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined solely by the customs regulations and tax laws of the country where your order is being delivered, and they are the exclusive responsibility of the recipient. Importantly, these fees are not included in the product prices or shipping costs displayed on our website or at checkout—Kiazolzz has no control over these charges, and they must be paid directly to the customs office or courier upon delivery of your package.

If an order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to address issues, we will contact you to confirm the correct details—but additional shipping fees will apply to reship the package to the updated address.
