Our policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and ease of use, whether you need to return an item, exchange it for a different option, or address an issue with your order. We want you to be completely happy with every purchase you make, which is why we’ve made our return eligibility simple and clear. You may qualify for a return or exchange if the item you receive is unused, remains in its original condition, and is still in its unopened, original packaging. Additionally, you must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order—this timeline ensures we can efficiently process your request and maintain the quality of our inventory. To complete a return, you’ll also need to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice, which helps us quickly locate your order details and process your request.
There are, however, certain items that cannot be returned or exchanged, and we want to be transparent about these exceptions upfront. Items marked as final sale—clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase—are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Additionally, personal care products that have been opened or used, as well as custom-made or personalized items (tailored to your specific requests), cannot be returned, as they are uniquely made for your needs. Any items that have been damaged, altered, or used beyond their original, unused condition will also not be accepted for return.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the product description (e.g., wrong size, wrong model, or missing components), we will handle the issue promptly and fairly. In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the problem. We may ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with its packaging, to verify the issue—and once confirmed, we will arrange for a free return, cover all associated shipping costs, and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
The refund process is designed to be quick and straightforward once your return is approved. After we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. It’s important to note that shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., sending the wrong item or a defective product).
When it comes to return shipping, the responsibility for covering costs depends on the reason for the return. If you’re returning an item simply because you changed your mind or no longer need it, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as this allows you to monitor the delivery and ensures we can confirm receipt of your returned item.
